Chemistry plays a role in everyone's lives and touches almost every aspect of our existence in some way. Through our study of Chemistry, we grow to understand matter and energy and the interaction between them. Chemistry sometimes is called the "central science" because it connects other sciences to each other, such as biology, physics, geology, and environmental science. This is the first of two classes for beginning Chemistry at TTK. In this class, we will learn what Chemistry is, learn about chemical reactions, learn about density, and study the different states of matter, as well as do some really cool experiments!
