Literature: Terms 1-2 Super Pack (Full Year)
Purchase a discounted year (32 weeks) of classes! This includes:
Imagination (4 weeks)
Who knows what could happen if you suddenly found a dragon in your backyard or found out you could fly?! Our characters certainly didn’t have a clue, but here we are. Discover the limits of our imagination and the endless possibilities of surprises.
Kindness and Optimism (4 weeks)Whether it’s spending more time with a friend, doing something kind for a stranger, or volunteering to do service to others, kindness helps us create meaningful relationships with others. There is no better way to learn how one can do small things to make a big difference than from Twig and Cheerful!
Families (4 weeks)
In a family, sometimes the craziest of things happen. So, what do we do? As we take a close look at two wildly different families, we’ll discover what helps them overcome difficulties and come out on top. Join us in the elevator, we promise there’s still room!
Adventurous Animals (4 weeks)
Animals are unpredictable creatures, but they can also be kind and protective! It’s time to watch and learn as we read about a spider that saves a pig, and a little black rabbit from the Netherlands.
Trust and Friendship (4 weeks)From two boys being taken hostage by dangerous outlaws to a brother and sister waiting for Sarah from Maine, characters must build trust and friendships at every turn–and it’s not easy! You will need a strong heart and your best smile to dive into the stories of a prince, a pauper, and Sarah (plain and tall).
Wise Choices (4 weeks)What do you do when you’re given penguins out of the blue or your pet owls are terrorizing the neighbors? Whatever you do, it had better be a wise choice! Through problem-solving and a little bit of reading together, join us as we tackle these crazy situations. It won’t be easy, but it will be fun!
Determination (4 weeks)
For Rufus Mayflower and Kate Mackinstrey, becoming a millionaire isn’t impossible. For Henry Green, maybe chocolate fever isn’t the end of the world. Learn how to persevere and succeed in overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals with Rufus, Kate, and Henry.
Thoughtfulness and Compassion (4 weeks)
Everyone wants to be treated with compassion, and that’s why it’s so important to read about those who are compassionate! Whether you are from a small village in China or a velveteen rabbit on a shelf, compassion is never far.
