Dreamers and Doers in Science
"Science is organized knowledge. Wisdom is organized life."
From the Big bang to unlocking the great mysteries of the oceans to stepping onto the moon or reaching the other end of the world in just a few hours, scientific knowledge of humans has resulted in the development of human civilization.
Join us as we tribute and learn about great innovators and scientists who have made outstanding contributions to science, making our lives richer, happier, and easier. These outstanding people come up through the ages from Gutenberg, the inventor of printing, to Einstein, who ushered in the Atomic Age, to scientists still hard at work today.
As different as their accomplishments are, these scientists have many qualities in common: strong work ethic, determination, grit, enthusiasm, and a desire to make the world a better place.
In addition to discovering science innovations and sparking the imagination to think outside the box, students will be motivated to see the world from a practical view helping them become their best versions.
